Mustry Desk privacy notice

Mustry Desk is a private desktop application operated by Mustry Solutions BV for its own administrative work. This notice explains how it handles connected mail, AI processing and local work records.

1. Connected mail

Desk accesses a mailbox only after its owner authorizes the connection. It reads messages, sender and recipient details, threads, labels and attachments to show mail and prepare work proposals. Outlook's To Review folder and the selected Gmail To Review label feed the work queue. Related conversations elsewhere in a connected mailbox may be searched for context.

Desk can prepare drafts, apply labels and archive mail. Sending requires the user's Send action. Finishing an agent action does not archive its source message. The user decides when to settle it.

2. AI processing and other destinations

Desk sends the relevant task, mail content, instructions and tool results to the selected AI provider. Codex and Claude use their configured online services. A local Ollama configuration processes prompts on that local endpoint. Provider retention and training settings depend on the account used.

The user can open a task in T3 Code. Desk then writes that action's context to a private local discussion folder. Starting a discussion through T3 uses the provider selected there.

Authorized work may copy documents to the user's synced OneDrive, create internal Mustry tasks or customer Azure DevOps records, update connected CRM records, or publish a requested deliverable through Mustry Share. These destinations receive the information needed for that action. Desk does not send mail through an agent tool.

3. Local storage and retention

Desk stores work items, copied source content, drafts, attachments, results and action history on the user's computer. OAuth credentials are encrypted using the operating system's secure storage. The work database and artifact files are ordinary local files and depend on the computer's disk and account protection.

Local work history is retained until the user removes it. Disconnecting a mailbox removes Desk's stored connection credentials for that account but does not erase existing local work records or copies already filed elsewhere. The user can revoke Google access through their Google Account and Microsoft access through their Microsoft account or administrator.

Requests to inspect, correct or remove personal data can be directed to hello@mustrysolutions.com. Copies held by a connected mail provider, AI provider or external work system remain subject to that system's controls and retention rules.
