Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Mustry Solutions BV collects through this website, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who we are

Mustry Solutions BV is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. The company has its registered office at Dreef Ter Elst 20, 8560 Gullegem, Belgium, and is registered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0790.722.422.

For any question about this policy or about the personal data we hold, contact us at hello@mustrysolutions.com.

2. What we collect, and why

When you join the waiting list for a course, we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and any comments you add. We use this to contact you about that course and to plan cohorts.

When you send an enquiry about one of our Ignition modules, we collect your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, whether you are a system integrator, the end user you are working for where you tell us, and your message. We use this to answer the enquiry and to follow it up commercially.

When you visit the site, we record which page was viewed, how long it was open, and where you arrived from. Each visit is tied to a random identifier held only for that browser tab, and only the page path is recorded, never the query string. We do not attempt to identify you from this.

We also count clicks on specific buttons, recording the button and the page it sits on. These are counts, not a record of an individual visitor.

If you attend one of our instructor-led courses, we issue a certificate that records your name, the course, the dates you attended, and the certificate number. Anyone holding the certificate link can see those details; the link is the key.

The contact page does not collect anything. It offers an e-mail address and a scheduling link, and choosing to use either is up to you.

To stop abuse of the forms and download links, our server counts recent requests per visitor. The counter is derived from your IP address, held in the server’s memory only, and discarded within minutes. It is never stored, logged, or linked to anything else you do here.

3. Our legal basis for using it

We rely on your consent for the waiting list, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in our e-mails or by writing to us.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries when you contact us about a module, and on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used for the visit and click measurement described above.

We rely on the performance of our agreement with you, and on our legitimate interest in allowing a credential to be verified, when we issue and publish a course certificate.

We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping this site and its forms secure for the short-lived abuse counter described in section 2.

4. Who else sees it

Form submissions and site measurement are passed to our own back-office application, which is operated by Mustry Solutions and hosted on our behalf.

The website runs on Microsoft Azure App Service in the West Europe region.

We run no analytics or advertising tools, so no third party is told about your visit. The measurement described in section 2 is our own, and the records stay in our own back-office application.

Case-study videos are embedded from YouTube in its no-cookie mode. Scheduling runs through Calendly, and course registration through Odoo. Following those links means the provider receives your request.

Module downloads start on our own site, which asks GitHub for a temporary download link and then sends your browser to it. Your browser fetches the file from GitHub directly, so GitHub sees your IP address and browser details for that download and handles them under its own terms rather than on our behalf. We do not send them your name or e-mail address.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Waiting-list entries are kept until the course you signed up for has run, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If neither happens we delete entries after twenty-four months without contact.

Module enquiries are kept for three years after our last contact with you about them, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. After that they are deleted.

Visit and click measurement is kept for fourteen months. After that it is aggregated into totals that no longer relate to an individual visit.

Course certificates are kept for as long as we offer the certificate for verification. A credential that cannot be checked is worthless to the person holding it, so this record is deliberately long-lived; it holds the name, course, dates and certificate number, and nothing else.

The short-lived abuse counter described in section 2 is never written to disk and disappears within minutes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted, to receive data you gave us in a portable form, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Write to hello@mustrysolutions.com to exercise any of these rights. We answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our use of cookies, local storage, and session storage is described separately in our cookie policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes.

This version is effective from 27 August 2026.
